Is there any company that issues credit card to people with bad credit?

Living in UK and I am very much disappointed on myself for having bad credit. Because of this none of the bank is ready to issue me credit card. I really need it as I want to build my credit back and also for further credit card benefits.
Is there any company which provides credit cards to those people who have bad credits?

samuelin1 		I will suggest you to apply for prepaid credit card because many companies offer this card to people with bad credit score. This also helps in building credit and also you can spend as much as you pay for it. This way you can avoid getting into debt.

Or you can also apply for credit card such as secured card. It provides you the facility for getting credits as for example the company will provide you the credits maybe for $500 but you have to fulfill those criteria of paying $500 from your side also in the account so that you cannot cheat the company for your personal use.
