Is Living Expenses Covered under Bad Credit Student Loans Without Cosigner?

I just want to know whether Bad Credit Student Loans Without Cosigner pay for the expenses like my food and lodging, electricity bills, room rent etc. I need around 10,000 dollars for that and I am bit skeptical whether such a large amount would be made available or no.
